Cananga odorata

A fast grower reaching heights up to 20+ ft. Flowers are used in perfumes, and locally with leis and marmars. This evergreen tree is a must have for every home or real estate. Its green to yellow star shaped flowers gives off a splendid fragrance that could be smelled from a distance and is sure to turn heads. Flowers bear profusely on its branches. Young trees will start producing flowers at approx. 4′ – 5′ ft tall.

Easy and simple to grow. Plant seeds 1/2″ inch deep in porous well draining soil in 2 1/2″ – 4″ inch planting cups, or 1 quart to 1/2 gallon pots or bags. Seeds should germinate in 60-90 days. Transplant seedlings to larger pot or into ground when seedlings reach 12″ to 18″ inches in height.
