Unlike our original Rotabasco hot pepper that starts green and ripens to red, this colorful hot pepper is another variety of our Rotabasco hot pepper that begins white and turns color when maturing from yellow to orange then fully ripens to red. Hotness rating similar to the Tabasco hot pepper at approximately 50,000 Scoville units.

Excellent for potting and an ornamental hot pepper plant. Great tasting for spicing up any spicy dish, or mash hot peppers in lightly salted lemon juice for use with grilled, steamed or fried fish.

Grow a variety of our hot pepper plants in pots or in your garden if your area does not experience frost.
